Mission
Our mission is to offer culturally aware and supportive programs to those affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD); including but not limited to programming that provides family support services, education, personal development, and children and youth activities in Peel Region.
Vision
Blocks & Bridges’ vision is one where people experiencing FASD thrive. We believe in the power of community. It is said that it takes a village to raise a child; not only does it take a village to raise a child, it also takes a village to keep its adults strong and healthy. That is why we create supportive programs for families and individuals, help them develop practical skills, and educate the wider community on FASD. Our vision is that everyone experiencing FASD will feel like they belong in their communities, that others understand and accept them, and they ultimately have a place in their community, and be able to participate in society as they are.
